Frank Foster is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of TiVo Research, a wholly owned subsidiary of TiVo. Frank is responsible for developing the strategy for the division and the company’s audience research sales efforts. Frank works closely with television networks, multi-service operators, advertisers and advertising agencies to build TiVo Research’s product and service offerings. TiVo research provides outcome based, true campaign performance metrics based on a large single source panel and cross platform advertising insight through an industry leading data management platform.
Frank offers TiVo Research a proven track record of leading startups as standalone entities and within Fortune 50 companies while driving growth through internal development, strategic relationships and customer acquisition. Prior to TiVo Research, Frank ran Comcast’s Crossbeam Division and held senior executive positions within Comcast Spotlight, AT&T AdWorks, Cheetah Technologies, and was President and co-founder of erinMedia, LLC. Frank holds a B.S. from Iowa State University and lives in New York City with his two teenage sons.
